Man or woman how to tell?

Is there a sure fire way of knowing whether or not someone is a man or a woman? There are plenty of feminine looking guys who wear wigs and can pass as the opposite sex. Don't say man has penis and woman has vagina because you can't go up to someone and pull their pants and underwear down. Also adams apple is not always prominent in guys or they could get it shaved so dont mention that either. Big hands, feet, nose etcetera are not always present. So is there a way to tell?

a mans pointer finger is longer then its it ring finger. but a girls ring finger is longer then her pointer finger
